A UNIFICATION FOR THE KARTERS, BY THE KARTERS
CONCORD, N.C. – Three teams – the American Kart Racing Association (AKRA), the World Karting Association (WKA) and Unilli Tires – are unifying to bring karters the best and most prestigious Daytona Dirt World Championships in recent memory.
This year’s Daytona Dirt event – set to take place December 27-29 at the quarter-mile Flat Track at Daytona International Speedway – will kick off a joint venture among AKRA, WKA and Unilli Tires that will work to bring a stable, consistent, fair and credible rules package, racing structure and track benefits programs for dirt karters throughout the 2015 racing season and years to come.
The party will get started in a big way at the 2014 Dirt World Championships. Over $75,000 in GUARANTEED PAYOUTS will be on the line at the Daytona Flat Track this holiday season!

CONCORD, N.C. – The WKA Mazda / Bridgestone Manufacturers Cup Series closes its 2014 season with the McLaughlin Motorsports Nationals this October 3-5 at New Castle Motorsports Park in New Castle, Indiana.
Pre-registration is currently open for round five of the Man Cup, and pre-entry prices will increase after this weekend.

CONCORD, N.C. – World Karting and Daytona International Speedway are ready to welcome kart teams and families from around the country back to the World Center of Racing this December 27-30 for the annual WKA Daytona KartWeek for 2-cycle sprint racers, enduro-style road racers and speedway dirt-oval competitors.
The WKA Mazda / Bridgestone Manufacturers Cup Series will run on the 0.7-mile DIS Sprint Course, a challenging track that sees competition only once a year.
CONCORD, N.C. – WKA’s three national series are off this September following three straight weekends of racing in August.
After the September lull, action will heat up in October with three consecutive weekends of World Karting Association sanctioned national events.
The Mazda / Bridgestone Manufacturers Cup Series will close out its 2014 campaign with the McLaughlin Motorsports Nationals October 3-5 at New Castle Motorsports Park. The October New Castle national will mark the second consecutive Man Cup national at the popular east-central Indiana venue. After running the Iron Man Circuit a few weeks ago, the Man Cup Series will return the traditional “National” course this October.
