The event takes place April 4-6 at Carolina Motorsports Park in Kershaw, S.C. This year marks the 15th consecutive season the Road Racing Series will visit the popular South Carolina venue for a national event. The event was named in honor of the late Jacumin, whose Karolina Karters group was the original promoters of the Kershaw Road Race, as well as Road Race and Gold Cup nationals at Rockingam Speedway throughout the 1980s and ’90s.
The 2014 version of the Kershaw Man Cup national, again backed by official WKA partner Mazda, will mark the fourth consecutive Man Cup national at the 0.7-mile CMP sprint course.
Highlights of this year’s Zoom Zoom Nationals include the IAME Cup for Parilla Senior and Parilla Junior and a special Rotax Junior local option class to run Saturday, April 5.
Parilla Senior will pay a guaranteed $1,000 to the best overall finisher in Parilla Senior, posted by HYTORC of Texas, and $500 to the best overall finisher in Parilla Junior, posted by Arai Helmet and Butler Built of Concord, N.C.
Grand Products has posted a $300 bonus and a set of Bridgestone tires to any driver who can win both Parilla Senior or Junior finals.
Early-tier pre-entry pricing is good through February 28. Second-level pricing will run from February 29 to the close of pre-registration on March 24.
