WKA 2-Cycle & 4-Cycle Technical Committees 

Committee and Advisor Purpose:Two of WKA’s two major strengths are its Technical Manual and the races it conducts and sanctions. To ensure that the Association maintains its leadership in both of these areas, we rely on volunteer Technical and Series Competition committees as a link between our members and the Board of Trustees, Executive Committee, and headquarters team. These committees are responsible for identifying our members’ requirements and translating them into proposals for new and updated rules and race procedures and input on race schedules and tracks. The Series Competition Committees represent the members from their respective series. The Technical Committees are primarily responsible for the engine specifications and inspection procedures that are shared by the various series.
