Thank you for your interest in advertising with the World Karting Association, the largest sanctioning body for organized kart racing in North America. WKA offers two media outlets to increase your exposure to the karting market, WKA’s Karting Scene (magazine) and WorldKarting.com (Web site).

WKA's Karting Scene
Our readers look forward to our magazine each and every month due to:

• All twelve issues are packed with exciting race reports, technical articles, human-interest stories, news briefs, current points standings, and much more.

"Magazines like WKA's Karting Scene keep our name and product in touch with karting consumers all over the country."

Jim Patronite, Jr.
Vice President
Azusa Engineering, Inc.
• From front to back, the entire issue is in full color and features the best action shots of kart racing captured by some of the best photographers in the industry.

• In the fall (October) we produce a special publication, the WKA Technical Manual, which contains the rules and regulations for the following season. This rule book is kept on hand by virtually every kart racer and is available year-round at the WKA office and kart shops across North America.

"Considering all the avenues we use to advertise our business, we find WKA's Karting Scene to be the best bang for our buck. No other publication generates the consistent exposure for us as they do."

Mike Bordeaux
Bordeaux Dyno Cams
• In the spring (April) we produce another special publication, the Champions Year in Review, formally known as the Champions Edition. This printed publication features season banquet coverage, champion profiles, tributes to special-award winners, and more.

As you can see, WKA’s Karting Scene is not something that is read and set aside. It is referred to again and again to obtain information from technical and human-interest articles, race reports and results, as well as important contact information for advertisers. All this assists racers in becoming more informed and knowledgeable competitors at the track. No other karting magazine on the market reaches the number of karting enthusiasts as WKA’s Karting Scene. Our magazine can be found in NASCAR® race shops, EBSCO and for sale at Amazon.com. We even have many international subscribers.

WorldKarting.com
Our Web site is a key ingredient in our communications with our members, the media, and those who follow kart racing. When it first launched in 1996, the site offered limited information about WKA, points and standings, and very brief announcements. Today, the Web site is the primary means of reaching WKA membership. Updates to the site are instantaneous allowing the association to communicate with their membership immediately. In the beginning it was made up of a handful of pages. Today, it hosts hundreds of pages covering virtually all aspects of WKA.

Typically two to three times a week news is published to the site covering important announcements, race previews, race recaps, tech updates, sponsor news, advertiser announcements, other motorsports news, and more. Those who are subscribers of WKA's Pit Board are notified of these updates via our e-mail newsletter. Utilized as it is, the traffic to our Web site is constant. Racers, fans and enthusiasts visit the WorldKarting.com daily and weekly to check for updates and important news that may be of interest. With banner ads on virtually every page, advertisers are sure to be seen.

"One of our primary methods to reach our target audience. Mike Traylor keeps it very easy for us. Easy to reach, promptly returns e-mails and phone calls, and has the knowledge to give me quick and accurate assistance."
